| DRIED FRUITS |
| Fruits in their dried form are as good as the fresh ones. They are mainly used as natural sweeteners instead of sugars, etc. they not only have dietary benefits and therapeutic values, but also enhance the taste of foods itself. Mainly rich in Vit C, they are also rich in fiber and some even contain minerals. The carbohydrates they contain are mainly sugars, most of which are a better source to the body, than any kind of sugar. |
 |
| A handful is enough to make a dish sweeter, be it your breakfast cereal, snack or desserts, or, just combine them for a mid-morning snack to energize the day! |
